"found plant" emerged as an audiovisual study from the preliminary work on "instant cinematography", an experimental arrangement in which filmed landscapes are condensed into "new" (film) landscapes with the help of software-based montage techniques. "Found plant" is, as it were, an experimental field for this project - the image and sound manipulation tools were developed for "instant cinematography", but the sound and visual starting material for found plant consists solely of a found plant, which subsequently plays the leading role on a stage of audiovisual "mutations".
